Leírás:This presentation begins with a few words about the life and work of the “most important director of the second generation of Greek cinematography”, G. Tzavellas, and continues with the inclusion of the story of THE DRUNKARD, which brings to the surface one more representative male type of the film maker, with parallel references to the Albanian war. Special reference is made to the excellent interpretations of O. Makris and D. Horn. It finishes by saying that the triumph of the senses of Tzavellas “opens the way to him for imposition”. It mentions 11/01/1950 as the date of the first show of the film.
